One can join Ekam Sports Academy as a student, participant or an affiliate. The options are to either join the coaching at teh stipulated days and timings or book the court and play.

Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent or between two teams of two players each. Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent’s court.

Football is a family of team sports that involve, to varying degrees, kicking a ball to score a goal.

Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball through the defender’s hoop to a backboard at each end of the court, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop.

Roller skating is traveling on surfaces with roller skates. It is a recreational activity, a sport, and a form of transportation.

Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players each on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps.

Karate is a martial art developed in the Ryukyu Kingdom. It developed from the indigenous Ryukyuan martial arts under the influence of Chinese martial arts, particularly Fujian White Crane.

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team’s court under organized rules.

Throwball is a non-contact ball sport played across a net between two teams of nine players on a rectangular court. Throwball is popular in Asia, especially on the Indian subcontinent, and was first played in India as a women’s sport in Chennai during the 1940s.
